Policy for
approving
bitches:
The stud’s
owner must
approve
bitches before
being accepted
for
breeding.
The bitch’s
owner must be
willing and
able to
provide care
for the litter
and agree that
no puppies
resulting from
this breeding
will be sold
to a pet
store,
commercial or
wholesale
outlet.
Bitches must
be in good
health, at
least 18
months of age
and under 7
years of age,
and
accompanied by
negative
Brucellosis
tests results
on letterhead
from a
licensed
veterinarian,
a copy of the
bitches AKC
registration
papers &
pedigree.
Stud
Owner’s
Responsibility:
The bitch will
be given
proper care,
handling,
feeding, and
will not
knowingly be
exposed to any
infectious
diseases.
The stud dog
is tested for
Brucellosis
every 6 months
and guaranteed
to be in the
same good
health
required of
the bitch.
Guarantee:
Two colored
puppies living
to 3 weeks of
age will
constitute a
litter.
If NO puppies
are produced
as a result of
this breeding,
a repeat
breeding will
be offered at
the time of
the next heat
to the same
bitch at NO
charge. No
third breeding
will be given.
White
puppies will
be included in
the litter
count for
registration
of this litter
with
AKC.
Additionally,
it is
preferred that
puppies whose
white markings
exceed the 1/3
limitation
(but are not
white), as
stated by the
current ABC
(American
Boxer Club)
standard, be
registered as
limited and
placed on
spay/neuter
agreements.
